Hey Support Team!

I hope this finds you well. I write to you as I end the first month of CGA. After Welcome Week, we dove right in and began our first part of the program, know yourself. In our time here we will go through know yourself, lead yourself, lead others, and ownership.

So far, we have had speakers from all over the world come in and give us life-changing insight and inspiration in regards to mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health... all pertaining to leadership. One of the primary goals of this month was to know & lead yourself well, so that we are able to share that with others as well.

We have also been assigned some reading to correlate with the topics we are covering in class and I thought I could share the book list with you if self-care & leadership is something that you are interested in as well!
