One of my goals in coming to CGA was to learn how to use my power of influence and leadership to lead myself and others in a better way. Beginning our fourth month and transitioning into the activation portion of our semester I continue to become aware of my own influence and how I am able to positively impact others.

This season, I have been able to witness my influence play out in multiple areas of life including: relationships, school, and work. It is important to know yourself and lead yourself first so that you can then impart and empower others in that process.

As we finish up this last month at CGA, we will begin the ownership portion. This is a time where we will get to put a lengthy amount of practice into our days. We’ll be doing self-teachings, a time when each apprentice in the classroom shares for an hour on what they are walking away with. We’ll also be going on a capstone trip. This will be the week of May 13^th-17^th, where a team of 5, including myself, will actually go out into the local Georgia community and give back and serve others right here in the state.
